Can I add another card to my account?

We make use of PayFast, so every time you place an order the card details will have to be re-entered. This ensures that your card details are safe and secure at all times.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we do not save any credit card details. You will need to enter them again every time you place an order to ensure security.

How safe is it to use my credit card on the system?

We use PayFast, which is a proven safe and secure system. The system does not save credit card details, and you will always be asked to enter a One Time Pin (OTP) when making a purchase.

I want to update my profile details. How do I do so?

Log into the system using the Login option in the top right corner of the screen. Once you have entered your details you will notice an item on the menu labelled “Your Account”, hover your mouse over this and options will appear to edit your Orders, Address, or Account Details.

Are there different payment options available for online purchase? Voucher, coupons etc.

All online payments are made through PayFast, so only card payments are available.

Do we have products for your needs? | Halaal, Vegan, Kosher etc.
Are your products Vegan?

Unfortunately not, there are traces of egg in our doughnut mixture.

Are your products Halaal?

Yes, they are Halaal certified by the NIHT.

How long before my specified delivery date may I place my order?

You may place an order any time up to 48 hours before your desired delivery date, in accordance with our 2 day lead time on all orders.

Which areas do we deliver to?

We are only able to deliver to selected areas in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal (for now).

Will I miss out on in store promotions if I purchase online?

Limited Time Offers will unfortunately not be available as part of package deals for now. If you would like to order doughnuts that aren’t part of the predefined combinations, click on the “Make Your Own” option when ordering.

How do I go about cancelling an order should I wish to?

a. Before checkout: You can cancel an order by removing the items in your cart before making payment or you can simply skip making payment, in which case your order will not be completed.

b. After checkout: Please get in contact with a Krispy Kreme guru by referring to the details on the “Get in Touch” page on our website. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations shall be accepted.
c. As payments are processed through PayFast, a 10% admin fee will be charged on any cancelled orders. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid, you will nevertheless be bound to pay the admin fee on any cancellations.

How do I prove that I have placed an order for collection or delivery?

Not only do you receive a proof of payment via email, you will also receive a confirmation email from us furnished with your order details.

How do I know that my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided when placing the order.
